- Are you an organizational talent who likes to have control? As a Planner for Service Technicians, you are responsible for efficiently scheduling appointments for our field service technicians. You ensure that the schedule is logically structured, taking into account travel times, distances, and the availability of the technicians. Thanks to your planning, the technicians can perform their tasks optimally, and our customers receive the service they expect. You plan and coordinate appointments, monitor and optimize the daily schedule, and process everything in the SAP system. You liaise with colleagues and technicians to ensure the schedule runs smoothly. We are looking for an enthusiastic and structured candidate who gets energized by planning and organizing. Experience as a planner is a plus, but even without experience, we warmly invite you to apply!
