  • Are you ready to make a difference as a Customer Service Representative in Utrecht? You work 24 to 32 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days. You start in the office with an onboarding program of 1.5 weeks, after which you can partially work from home. You answer customer inquiries via phone and email, always looking for the best solution and actively thinking along with customers and colleagues. Your day starts between 08:30 and 9:30, depending on your preference. You process customer inquiries, update customer data, and keep the administration neat. You prepare reports and relay relevant information back to customers. Together with colleagues and other departments, you quickly find answers. During peak periods, you can expect extra busyness; you remain calm and maintain an overview. You identify trends and make improvement proposals to your team lead.
