You work 32 to 36 hours per week and ensure that questions, requests, and complaints are handled quickly and professionally. Whether it's via phone or email, you keep an overview and switch effortlessly. You work closely with the front office and back office and ensure that all customer information ends up in the right place. Additionally, you keep the mailbox up to date, set priorities, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You also register data related to clothing management and have weekly meetings with the account manager to maintain high customer satisfaction.
