Working Team Leader

As a Production Team Leader, you lead multiple production departments and ensure that daily operations run safely, efficiently, and according to plan. You manage permanent employees and temporary workers, motivate your team, and create a work environment where everyone can bring out the best in themselves. Thanks to your clear communication and coaching approach, everyone knows what is expected of them. You continuously oversee the production process, identify improvement opportunities, and actively think about more efficient working methods. Additionally, you conduct performance and development discussions, encourage collaboration within the team, and ensure that safety regulations and quality standards are adhered to. You are visible on the work floor and set a good example every day. You mainly work from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
