Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative at the Customer Contact Center (KCC), you are the face of the municipality. You work 28 to 32 hours a week and are the first point of contact for residents and entrepreneurs. You answer questions about passports, driver's licenses, permits, benefits, and public space reports. You do this by phone, email, social media, and sometimes at the counter. A workday is varied. You start up your computer and review the first questions of the day. You quickly switch between different digital systems and help people with various requests. Your goal: to assist residents and entrepreneurs with clear and friendly answers. Sometimes you refer them to a colleague, but often you solve it yourself. You work closely with your colleagues in an engaged team. You get energy from customer contact and enjoy helping people. You feel at home in an informal organization where your opinion counts.
