  • As a Customer Service Representative in Tiel, you and your team ensure that transports for business clients run smoothly. You are the point of contact for clients in the Benelux for 32 to 40 hours per week. You ensure that questions and challenges are resolved quickly and effectively. You get energized by customer contact, switch quickly, and keep a cool head when it's busy. Your work is varied, and no day is the same!

    On an average workday, you handle questions and notifications from clients. You monitor the progress of transports and intervene immediately if something does not go according to plan. You proactively inform clients about delays or other changes. You investigate discrepancies and complaints and work with colleagues on solutions. You also maintain contact with carriers, planners, and drivers. You process everything neatly and quickly in the systems. You contribute ideas for improving processes and services.

We ask

    • MBO working and thinking level;
    • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role;
    • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
    • You can prioritize and switch quickly;
    • You are accurate in administration;
    • Experience with SAP, Excel, or similar systems is a plus;
    • You are available 32 to 40 hours per week.
