You work between 24 and 40 hours a week and receive paid training and personal guidance, allowing you to start even without experience in customer contact. What makes this job attractive? We offer

We ask

  • • Minimum MBO-4 work and thinking level; • You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written; • You are flexibly available from Monday to Friday; • You are available every other Saturday; • Willingness to obtain WFT certificates (we cover the costs); • Experience with customer contact is a plus, not a requirement; • You can listen well, ask follow-up questions, and give advice; • You are empathetic, collegial, and involved; • You have basic knowledge of Office Excel and Word; • You can work well administratively.

As the first point of contact for ANWB members, you answer questions and provide clear explanations about products and services.
