  • Are you ready to make a difference as a Customer Service Representative in The Hague? As the first point of contact for ANWB members, you answer questions and provide clear explanations about products and services. You work between 24 and 40 hours a week in a varied job, as no conversation is the same. You start with a full-time paid training and then you can partly work from home. Obtaining your WFT-basic is mandatory before you start, and within three months of employment, you must obtain your WFT-damage. On an average working day, you answer the phone and help members with questions about their membership, insurance, or new services. You listen carefully, ask further questions, and translate information into a clear answer. Sometimes you identify concerns and offer a suitable solution directly. You work together with colleagues and contribute to high customer satisfaction. Over time, you can also help customers via email and chat. This position is perfect if you enjoy helping people and want to develop yourself. Experience with customer contact is not required, as you will learn everything during the training. We offer

  • • Gross hourly wage of €16.34 to €21.77; year-end bonus of 5.58%. • Internet allowance of €12.70 per week worked; home working allowance of €2.25 per day. • Paid training of two weeks; growth opportunities to other positions. • Travel allowance for all means of transport. • 24% surcharge for working on Saturday. • Obtain WFT certificates at no cost. • Work at a socially engaged organization. • Start date in consultation.

We ask

  • • Minimum mbo-4 working and thinking level. • Excellent command of the Dutch language. • Willing to obtain WFT-basic before starting; willing to obtain WFT-damage within 3 months. • Customer-oriented and good at listening; strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing; flexible availability between Monday and Saturday. • Computer proficient. • Experience with customer contact is a plus, not a requirement; you enjoy working together and remain calm under pressure; you live within 40 km of The Hague.
