Do you have at least 1 year of driving experience with a category B license and prefer not to sit still all day? Then we might have a wonderful job for you! You will work on the premises of Pon in Leusden, where you will handle brand new cars and buses from the Volkswagen Group, such as Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, and Škoda. These vehicles come directly from the factory and are brought to Leusden by train and truck. Your workday starts at 07:30 AM and ends at 4:00 PM. You work from Monday to Friday, ideal if you want to be active during the day and have your evenings and weekends free. As soon as the train arrives, you drive the new cars and buses off the train and park them neatly in the right place on the premises. Then you are taken back to the train by a van, and it starts all over again. Is the train not there? Then there is plenty to do! For example, you help with the maintenance of the cars, move cars around the parking lot, or remove the foil from the brand new cars. So no day is exactly the same. It is an active and physical job. You get in and out of cars all day and walk quite a few kilometers. Since you work a lot outside, you shouldn't mind working in all weather conditions. It's also handy if you're not afraid of heights, as some trains have two levels. Ready to drive brand new cars daily? As a modification technician in Leusden, you work on modifying and building special vehicles, such as those for the police, fire department, and roadside assistance.
