  • Are you the expert in resolving customer inquiries and complaints? As a Customer Contact & Complaints Specialist, you work 28 to 40 hours per week in Leeuwarden. In this role, you handle reputation-sensitive and complex customer contacts via phone, chat, email, letter, and social media. You investigate situations such as missing or damaged packages and ensure clear communication with the customer. You accurately record all customer and complaint data in the systems. Additionally, you actively contribute to improving processes and customer satisfaction. You participate in pilots and working groups and advise colleagues on structural solutions for recurring complaints. No day is the same; you are constantly engaged in solving challenging situations.
