You start in the indoor service and grow into the outdoor service. You work 32 to 40 hours per week, usually between 08:00 and 17:00. The role is versatile: you repair, install, and program aids. You have a lot of contact with customers and visit them at home. Every day is different. You work independently but can always rely on your colleagues. The atmosphere is informal and direct, with room for a joke and mutual support. During on-call service, you get a work van, and once every eight to nine weeks, you do an on-call service, for which you receive extra compensation. You are well trained and guided by experienced colleagues. In the first year, you learn step by step everything you need. You help people directly and see the results of your work.
