As a telephone interviewer at CBS in Heerlen, you approach people and companies who have not yet responded to an invitation for a survey. You inform and motivate them to participate. You work an average of 24 hours per week, spread over different parts of the day. Working hours are between 09:00 and 21:00, with flexible shifts of 4, 6, or 8 hours. You will be well-prepared: you will attend a mandatory basic training from August 31 to September 14, 2026. After that, you start at the office in Heerlen.
