As a caregiver for disability care in Groningen, you provide people with disabilities the support they truly need. You work 24 to 36 hours per week within an enthusiastic team. You offer structure, safety, and trust to clients with diverse care needs. Your efforts create a positive atmosphere and a sense of security every day. You start your shift with a handover. You read about how the clients are doing and where extra attention is needed. Then you assist clients with their daily routine. You support them with getting up, eating, and personal care. You carefully observe what someone can do independently and help where necessary. You observe behavior, notice changes, and discuss these with your team. You also engage in activities together such as walking, cooking, or being creative. Throughout the day, you coordinate with colleagues and adapt if the schedule changes. At the end of your shift, you report your findings and hand over properly. You choose this role if you truly want to make a difference for others.
