- • You have a Caregiver IG level 3 or 4 diploma; • You are interested in working with clients with multiple disabilities, deafblindness, and low levels who may also show aggression; • You are empathetic, patient, and have a good sense of what a client needs; • You have strong observational skills and quickly notice small changes; • You communicate clearly and can use different methods of communication; • You are creative in your guidance and enjoy thinking about what is appropriate; • You are resilient and remain calm when a situation changes.
