Care Planner & Service Employee

At Mediq, you support patients and care partners who use medical devices, such as infusion pumps. You ensure that maintenance, appointments, and communication around these devices run smoothly. With your customer-oriented and careful approach, you contribute to reliable service and help patients to continue functioning as comfortably as possible at home. As a Customer Service Employee within Device & Depot Operations, you are an important link between patients, care organizations, and Mediq. You are involved in proactively contacting patients to schedule periodic maintenance of medical devices, administratively processing maintenance appointments and customer data, answering incoming emails from customers and depots, providing telephone support to patients and care partners with questions about devices and processes, and collaborating with internal departments to continuously improve service. A depot is, for example, a stock point at a home care organization where medical devices are temporarily stored, so that patients can be quickly assisted in an emergency or when a device needs to be replaced.
