- Are you ready to play an important role in the implementation of the new European packaging legislation, the PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation)? As an administrative assistant for PPWR & Packaging Information, you support the process of certifying, documenting, and registering packaging materials. In this temporary position, you ensure that existing information is organized and request missing data from suppliers. You work closely with our purchasing and supply chain organization to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Where will you be working?
Your tasks include, among other things, categorizing and administratively processing existing Certificates of Conformity (COC) and other packaging documentation. You check the completeness and accuracy of available information and register and process data on our website. Additionally, you call suppliers and send emails to request missing or incomplete information. You monitor progress and follow up on outstanding information requests. Weekly, you prepare a progress report for Purchasing and Supply Chain and identify missing data and special features in the documentation. The position is for 8 hours per week. You work flexibly within the working days Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with availability on these days being desirable.
