Customer Service Representative Weesp
Are you someone who enjoys helping customers and is administratively strong? As a customer service representative in Weesp, you are the voice of our company. You work between 24 and 40 hours a week. You answer questions by phone and email and ensure correct handling. You accurately record conversations in the system, so every customer hangs up or logs off satisfied.
On a workday, you start by reviewing incoming customer inquiries. You switch between different departments and quickly search for the right information. You listen carefully to the customer and think along in a solution-oriented way. You help the customer further in a friendly manner, keeping customer satisfaction high. Twice a month, you work on Saturdays, and for the rest of the week, you flexibly determine your working hours between 08:00 and 18:00. Working from home is partly possible.
