As a field interviewer in Zaandam, you work independently in your own region. You visit people who have been invited by CBS to participate in a survey. These people often have not yet responded. You ensure that they do participate. You work 16 to 24 hours per week and schedule your own working hours. You have a lot of freedom to organize your work as you wish. On an average workday, you set out with your car. You make unannounced visits to addresses. You conduct conversations and respectfully persuade people to participate in the survey. Sometimes someone is not home. Then you return up to six times. You digitally record your visits and the results. You work largely independently but can always count on support from your colleagues and supervisor. This job is perfect if you enjoy being on the road and easily make contact with people. As an operator at Verkade in Zaandam, you are responsible for a smooth packaging process. You operate the machines and control systems, perform changeovers, and ensure the correct settings. During your workday, you closely monitor the key process parameters and carry out the necessary process and quality checks. Do you notice a deviation? Then you independently take the right action. You ensure that tools and consumables are available on time. You also keep track of the stock of packaging materials according to the FIFO principle and register the consumption in the system. You visually check the packaging and products based on the applicable quality standards and carefully record the results. A clean, safe, and hygienic working environment is important.
