A sustainable solution for the shortage of operators
In addition to the ongoing tightness in the labor market, something else stands out: the increasing demand for one employee in particular: the operator. Timing has developed a solution for this that offers perspective for both the client and the temporary worker and has proven to be efficient. Together with the organization Litop, we train temporary workers to become 'operators'. This way, we meet the client's demand and simultaneously work on the sustainable employability of our temporary workers.

This promise means that our temporary workers can continuously develop personally. We offer practical training programs focused on the skills and abilities that align with our clients. By offering education and training, our temporary workers remain sustainably employable and possess up-to-date knowledge and skills, allowing them to seize opportunities in the job market every day.  Â

Operator program tested in practice Â
The operator program has recently been added to our training offerings thanks to the collaboration with Litop. Nicole Köbben explains: “Litop offers a practical way of training because the acquired knowledge can be immediately applied in daily work. The course material contains generic components but is also tailored to the machinery and production processes of our clients. This provides an efficient learning method that our temporary workers and clients are very satisfied with.” Â
With the operator program, we ensure that our temporary workers align with the changing job market and thus remain sustainably employable. And for our clients, we can provide temporary workers who possess the necessary knowledge and skills. Â
