Assistant Operator Paint Factory

As an Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process. You ensure that the machines operate optimally and that each batch meets the highest quality standards. No day is the same, and you have a lot of responsibility in your work. Your tasks include setting up, operating, and converting production machines, weighing and mixing raw materials according to recipes, monitoring the production process and performing quality checks, solving minor malfunctions and performing first-line maintenance, and identifying improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency. The articles of Royal Talens are made in the factory in the center of Apeldoorn and then distributed from the distribution center in Apeldoorn-Noord to about 100 countries worldwide.
