As an all-round warehouse employee at Talens, you play a crucial role in the logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that orders are collected and shipped correctly and on time. Your workday begins with a team meeting to review the day's tasks. Then you collect orders with a handheld scanner, check the products, and prepare them for shipment. You label and pack boxes, assist in repackaging products, and check inventories. Additionally, you move products with a pallet truck and, together with your colleagues, ensure a neat and safe workplace. The work is varied, and you are often on the move, both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a warehouse is a plus, but not necessary. We highly value a good work attitude, reliability, and motivation.

As a warehouse employee at Talens, you and your colleagues are responsible for the correct processing of all products in the warehouse. Your tasks are varied and include, among others, collecting orders with a handheld scanner, checking collected products, and packing and preparing orders for shipment. Additionally, you are involved in labeling boxes and products, repackaging products, and checking and maintaining inventory. You also move products with a pallet truck and ensure your workspace remains tidy and organized. During your work, you are often on the move; one day you might be primarily focused on order picking, while at another time you help with packing, inventory management, or other warehouse tasks. You work together with different colleagues to ensure the logistics process runs smoothly. You don't need to know everything from day one; many of the tasks are learned on the job. Therefore, it is important that you are motivated, keep your commitments, and are willing to learn new things.
