As a warehouse employee at Talens, you and your colleagues are responsible for the correct processing of all products in the warehouse. Your tasks are varied and include, among others, collecting orders with a handheld scanner, checking collected products, and packing and preparing orders for shipment. Additionally, you are involved in labeling boxes and products, repackaging products, and checking and maintaining inventory. You also move products with a pallet truck and ensure your workspace remains tidy and organized. During your work, you are often on the move; one day you might be primarily focused on order picking, while at another time you help with packing, inventory management, or other warehouse tasks. You work together with different colleagues to ensure the logistics process runs smoothly. You don't need to know everything from day one; many of the tasks are learned on the job. Therefore, it is important that you are motivated, keep your commitments, and are willing to learn new things.

As a logistics employee, you ensure that everything in the warehouse runs smoothly. You receive and check goods, sort products, and make sure everything is neatly placed in the right spot. Additionally, you collect orders with modern order collection systems. You work accurately, keep the warehouse tidy, and together with your colleagues, ensure that all orders are ready on time. Don't have any experience in logistics? No problem! You will be well trained and can learn the work in practice. You work in a friendly and supportive team where colleagues help each other.
