  • As a steam work planner in Workum, you are responsible for planning, preparing, and following up on maintenance work at the steam boiler house. You work 32 hours a week, mainly from Monday to Friday. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that maintenance is in order and everything runs smoothly. You start your day between 7:00 and 8:00 AM and focus on the steam boiler house. Additionally, you contribute to projects for a robust and efficient water supply. You strive for higher operational efficiency and sustainability. On an average workday, you plan and organize maintenance work. You coordinate with the Team Lead, Maintenance Engineer, and Project Managers. You check, improve, and update technical documentation and maintenance plans. You identify bottlenecks and work on process improvements. Together with the team, you work on continuous improvement. You also participate in projects for the optimization of the steam boiler house and other utilities such as compressed air, cooling installations, and HVAC. Your priority always remains with steam.
