  • As a forklift driver at FrieslandCampina in Workum, you ensure that the logistics process in the cheese factory runs smoothly. You work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, in a 2-shift system. During the training period, you will work in the 5 shifts, after which you will switch to the 2 shifts. You are given a lot of freedom and responsibility to do your job well. Safety and collaboration are always central. An average workday consists of supplying production lines, operating machines, and registering goods. You perform quality checks, resolve minor malfunctions, and keep the workplace tidy. You spend a lot of time driving the forklift and often work together with colleagues in the warehouse.
