  • As an All-round Technician in the 5-shift service, you work together with your fellow technician in the technical department of a large cheese factory in Workum. You ensure that the production process of millions of kilos of cheese runs smoothly. You work 36 to 40 hours per week in rotating shifts, which provides a lot of variety and flexibility in your workweek. You have a significant impact on the team's success and the final result of the production process. On a workday, you are the technical point of contact on the shop floor. You receive malfunctions via the malfunction service phone and resolve them quickly and expertly. In addition, you perform preventive maintenance on machines and installations such as production lines, robots, and packaging machines. During short stops, you work efficiently to get everything running again. You are involved in electrical and mechanical maintenance, making no day the same. You work independently but regularly consult with colleagues from production and technology. In this role, you learn a lot about the cheese production process and the latest techniques.   • • You have an MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar; • You have experience as a technician, preferably in a production environment; • You are familiar with control technology and work with electronics and mechanics; • You speak good Dutch; • You are willing to work in a 5-shift service; • You work accurately, independently, and think proactively; • Good digital skills.
