Are you an experienced forklift driver who enjoys working in a fixed 2-shift system? Then we have the perfect job for you! As a forklift driver, you work 40 hours a week and ensure that pallets with cans are safely and precisely placed in the right spot in the warehouse. With your experience and accuracy, you prevent inventory problems and keep everything neatly organized. You work from Monday to Friday in shifts from 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00, and sometimes also on Saturday or occasionally on Sunday. Every workday begins with checking the incoming pallets, which you then place in the correct location with the forklift. After that, you ensure that the right pallets are ready for transport. You scan, register, and keep track of where everything is. Together with your team and the team leader, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. Safety and quality always come first! As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first point of contact for customers. You assist them with questions about orders, invoices, transport documents, and other logistical matters. Additionally, you ensure that customer orders are processed correctly and maintain an overview of the entire administrative process. Thanks to your precise working method, all logistical processes run smoothly. You maintain daily contact with customers, carriers, and colleagues. You also coordinate customer-related matters with the Customer Manager and provide customers with clear information about products and services. You switch quickly, think solution-oriented, and can maintain an overview even in busy situations. No day is the same. You identify areas for improvement, contribute ideas for more efficient work processes, and actively contribute to professional service delivery.
