You also coordinate customer-related matters with the Customer Manager and provide customers with clear information about products and services. You switch quickly, think solution-oriented, and can maintain an overview even in busy situations. No day is the same. You identify areas for improvement, contribute ideas for more efficient work processes, and actively contribute to professional service delivery.
