  • Are you strong in planning, organizing, and solving logistical puzzles? Do you get energized by a dynamic environment where no day is the same? For Renewi in Zoeterwoude, we are looking for a Transport Planner. In this role, you ensure that vehicles and routes are deployed as efficiently as possible and that the daily transport planning runs smoothly. You prepare the daily planning for vehicles and routes, monitor progress, and make adjustments when necessary. You ensure optimal use of equipment, taking into account capacity, efficiency, and customer agreements. Additionally, you maintain contact with drivers and operational colleagues about the execution of the planning. You respond to unexpected situations, such as changes in routes, additional assignments, or delays, and check and process administrative data and time registrations. You identify improvement opportunities and actively contribute to improving logistical processes. Finally, you ensure compliance with safety regulations and site rules and work closely with fellow planners, drivers, the Transport Team Leader, and the Head of Transport.

  • • You have an MBO working and thinking level; • You have at least 3 years of experience in a logistics or transport-oriented planning role; • You have experience with automated planning systems; • You are stress-resistant and maintain an overview when priorities change; • You communicate easily with different colleagues and other stakeholders within the operation; • You work accurately, think ahead, and get energy from organizing and planning; • You are solution-oriented and know how to switch quickly when the planning changes unexpectedly.

In this role, you lead a team of drivers and ensure calm, structure, and connection within the team.
