With existing partners, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, keeping an eye on costs, speed, and customer satisfaction. Your day starts at 08:30, where you check incoming transport requests and distribute them over the correct routes. You prepare transport documents and maintain contact with customers, agents, and carriers. Administration and invoicing are also part of your duties.
