You work 40 hours a week in a 2-shift system: one week you start early (06:00-15:00), the next week you start in the afternoon (15:00-00:00). During the high season, you sometimes work night shifts, for which you receive attractive bonuses, up to 100%! Your workday begins with a team meeting, after which you smoothly glide through the aisles with your reach truck. You load, unload, and replenish stock, with your handheld scanner as your best friend. Sometimes you lift a box of 15 kilos, but you alternate heavy tasks with lighter work such as order picking, packing, and processing returns. Thanks to the weekly schedule, you know exactly what to expect every Thursday. Flexibility is important, as you are sometimes on standby.
