Telephone Interviewer Heerlen

As a telephone interviewer in Heerlen, you are the first contact with people who have been invited for a survey but have not yet responded. You call them and motivate them to participate. You also contact companies for which participation in the survey is mandatory. You work an average of 24 hours per week, at the office in Heerlen. After three months, you may partially work from home. You are present at the office at least two days a week. Working hours are between 09:00 and 21:00. Shifts last 4, 6, or 8 hours. The schedule is flexible, and you know 4 to 6 weeks in advance when you will work, allowing you to balance work and private life well. Your day starts with logging into the system. You receive a list of people and companies you may call. You invite them kindly and explain why their participation is important. You answer questions and record responses in the system. You work independently, but you can always turn to colleagues for help. You use digital tools to document everything properly. In the evenings, people are often at home, so you usually work 1 to 2 evenings per week. You first attend a mandatory training from October 26 to November 7, 2026. Full attendance is required.
