You recruit, speak with, and guide candidates throughout the entire application process. You conduct intake interviews and assess whether candidates fit the client's requirements. You carefully draft contracts and process administrative data flawlessly. You maintain daily contact with candidates, temporary workers, and the client. You contribute to personnel planning and proactively respond to new staffing needs. Actively, you search for new candidates through job vacancies, social media, and other recruitment channels. You regularly visit the client and build a sustainable partnership. In this role, it's not just about speed, but especially about quality. Since you work for a client within a semi-government environment, accuracy, a structured approach, and a strong sense of responsibility are of great importance.
