No day is the same, and you will join a team with dedicated colleagues where hard work and having fun go hand in hand. As a foreman, you lead a team of 4 operators and 9 production workers on multiple production lines. You are the first point of contact and ensure everything runs smoothly. You direct, give clear instructions, and motivate your colleagues to achieve the best results. Together, you ensure safe and clean workplaces and a top product. You work full-time, in a two-shift system. You work one week from 06:00 to 14:00 and the other week from 14:00 to 22:00. In the morning shift, you participate in the daily meeting.
