  • Are you ready for the next step and want to work as a Working Foreman/Woman in Weert at a growing company in the food sector? Then this vacancy is for you! Our client packages cheese daily for customers all over the world. They work with great products within the food industry and love to take action. No day is the same, and you will join a team with dedicated colleagues where hard work and having fun go hand in hand. As a foreman, you lead a team of 4 operators and 9 production workers on multiple production lines. You are the first point of contact and ensure everything runs smoothly. You direct, give clear instructions, and motivate your colleagues to achieve the best results. Together, you ensure safe and clean workplaces and a top product. You work full-time, in a two-shift system. You work one week from 06:00 to 14:00 and the other week from 14:00 to 22:00. In the morning shift, you participate in the daily meeting.

We offer

  • • A full-time job where you go directly on contract with the client; • An irregularity allowance of 10% to 20% on your gross period salary; • All overtime is paid out or saved in extra leave; • A travel allowance up to a maximum of 60 kilometers per day; • 38-hour workweek, but you are paid for 40 hours; • A good pension scheme where we pay the majority; • 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days per year, with the option to buy extra days; • Growth opportunities and room for personal development; • A pleasant working atmosphere in a small, close-knit team of about 20 colleagues.
