You are visible on the work floor, keep an overview of the processes, and know exactly where any bottlenecks are. As a Team Leader, you lead a team of approximately 20 Warehouse Operators daily. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to the agreed arrangements. You are a point of contact for your team and ensure a pleasant and professional working environment where employees can develop.

We offer
