  • As a supervisor of the ANWB store in Alkmaar, you lead a team of 5 to 15 colleagues. You work 32 to 38 hours per week and ensure a welcoming atmosphere and a well-functioning team every day. Together, you provide the best service to members and customers. You support achieving sales and service goals and contribute ideas for store improvements. Your day starts with a team briefing where you assign tasks and motivate your colleagues. Throughout the day, you coach employees and help resolve questions. You engage with customers, point out products or services, and refer them as needed. You restock shelves, keep the store clean, process returns and complaints, and ensure a tidy cash register handling. You have weekly meetings with the market manager about the store's performance. We offer
