Head of Technical Service Dordrecht

Are you a technically strong leader who feels at home in a production environment? As Head of Technical Service at Struyk Verwo Infra in Dordrecht, you lead a compact technical team and ensure that the machinery operates optimally. You combine technical depth with leadership and are an important sparring partner for both the mechanics and the Plant Manager. You are responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and preventing malfunctions, and continuously improving the technical performance of the factory. Additionally, you work closely with production, suppliers, and other departments. As a member of the Management Team, you contribute to discussions on investments, maintenance strategies, and the technical future of the location. This position requires more than just leadership experience. You are also the technical point of contact for the Technical Service and can engage in discussions with mechanics about mechanical installations, hydraulics, pneumatics, and their control. Experience in a production environment is therefore essential. If you also have electrical engineering knowledge or experience in an industrial environment, that is a significant plus.
