You are responsible for maintenance, technical continuity, and achieving maximum production output. With 40 hours per week, you are an important member of the management team and report directly to the plant manager. Your day starts with a team meeting. You distribute tasks, review the maintenance schedule, and address technical issues directly. You coordinate maintenance, repair, and conversion activities and ensure everything is done according to the highest safety standards. Additionally, you monitor budgets and are the technical point of contact for both the team and suppliers. This job combines strategic thinking with practice. We ask

  • • Higher professional education level, preferably in the direction of technology (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics); • At least 5 years of experience in technical maintenance; • Experience in leading a technical team; • Practical technical knowledge of the shop floor; • Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance planning; • Experience with Ultimo (required); • Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation; • Familiar with NEN 3140 and machine safety; • Experience with SAP (preferred); • Strong organizational and coaching skills.
