  • Are you a technically strong leader who feels at home in a production environment? As Head of Technical Service at Struyk Verwo Infra in Dordrecht, you lead a compact technical team and ensure that the machinery operates optimally. You combine technical depth with leadership and are an important sparring partner for both the mechanics and the Plant Manager. In return, you receive an excellent benefits package, including a 13th month, bonus scheme, and at least 37 days off. In this role, you manage four mechanics and a work planner. You are responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and preventing malfunctions, and continuously improving the technical performance of the factory. Additionally, you work closely with production, suppliers, and other departments. As a member of the Management Team, you contribute to discussions on investments, maintenance strategies, and the technical future of the location. This position requires more than just leadership experience. You are also the technical point of contact for the Technical Service and can engage in discussions with mechanics about mechanical installations, hydraulics, pneumatics, and their control. Experience in a production environment is therefore essential. If you also have electrical engineering knowledge or experience in an industrial environment, that is a significant plus. We ask

  • • Higher professional education (HBO) level, preferably in a technical direction (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics); • At least 3 years of experience in technical maintenance; • Experience in leading a technical team; • Practical technical knowledge from the shop floor; • Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance planning; • Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation; • Familiar with NEN 3140 and machine safety; • Strong organizational and coaching skills.
