As a Sales Advisor at ANWB in The Hague, you are the point of contact in the store. You listen to the customer's wishes, provide personal advice, and ensure that someone leaves the store with the right products and services. No day is the same, and it's precisely this variety that makes your work enjoyable. You are mainly involved in advising and assisting customers. You think along about what someone needs and provide appropriate advice on products and services. Think of a toll vignette for Austria, a bike carrier, an international driving license, travel items, or a backpack. But you do more than just sell. You help customers on their way, answer questions, and support colleagues when they can't figure something out. Together, you ensure that every customer is well and pleasantly helped. Additionally, you ensure that the store looks neat and organized and help with unpacking and processing deliveries in the store or warehouse. The assortment changes with the seasons. In the summer, for example, camping items are central, while in the winter, you help customers with, among other things, snow chains and ski clothing.
