  • As a sales advisor at ANWB Zeist, you work 24 to 32 hours per week. You ensure that customers are well-prepared for their journey. You inspire families, couples, or young people who want to travel. You provide personal advice on our products and services, such as insurance, roadside assistance, bike carriers, or travel gear. You make sure customers leave with a good feeling. You work in a friendly team and make a difference together.

    Your day starts with opening the store. You greet colleagues and discuss the tasks. You assist customers with their questions, explain products, and think along about practical solutions. You ensure everything in the store is tidy and restock shelves. You follow the seasons in the offerings: camping items in summer, ski clothing in winter. Sometimes you give a briefing when the supervisor is absent. At the end of the day, you close the store together.

    You have plenty of room to learn. You take courses in sales techniques and communication skills. You also do e-learnings about ANWB's insurance and services. We offer

    • Gross hourly wage between €16.30 and €19.80 (from 20 years old, incl. year-end bonus);

We ask

    • You have mbo working and thinking level;
    • You have 1 to 5 years of experience in retail or a similar position;

    • You are flexibly available, also on weekends and evenings;
    • You live within 20 km of Zeist.
