Operator / Process Coordinator – SBG

For our client, we are looking for a Team Leader Warehouse who ensures that daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. In this responsible role, you lead the team, distribute tasks, and monitor progress and staffing levels. You are involved in planning internal logistics, solving operational problems, and improving processes according to LEAN principles. You are a key link within the Warehouse and work closely with various colleagues. With your organizational skills, clear communication, and people-oriented approach, you know how to get the team moving and achieve results together. The position is in a 2-shift system: 05.00-14.00 and 14.15-23.15. You will receive a salary of €3,034 to €3,840 gross per month, supplemented with shift allowance and travel reimbursement if applicable.
