As a field interviewer in The Hague, you will independently go out in your region. You visit people at home who have been invited by CBS for an important survey. Often, they have already received several letters but have not yet responded. You know how to engage in a conversation with respect and persuasion. You motivate people to participate after all. You work 16 to 24 hours per week. You plan your own working days and hours, which gives a lot of freedom! On an average workday, you get in the car to the addresses you receive through the system. You ring the doorbell unannounced and have an open conversation with the residents. Sometimes you go back up to six times if someone is not home. You record your visits and conversations in CBS's digital system. You often work alone, but you always have contact with colleagues if needed. You work flexibly, mainly between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and at least three evenings per week. This job is perfect if you enjoy interacting with people and like to work independently. You know how to engage in conversation in a respectful and convincing manner and motivate them to participate. You make unannounced visits to addresses and conduct interviews. Sometimes you return to a house up to six times if no one is home. You plan your days based on the CBS strategy. After each visit, you digitally record your activities. You work 16 to 24 hours per week, usually in the evenings between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM. You have a lot of freedom and largely determine your own schedule.
