Do you ensure that everything runs perfectly behind the scenes? The period leading up to Christmas is a dynamic and special time at HANOS Christmas Packages. Every year, thousands of Christmas packages are assembled for organizations throughout the Netherlands. To ensure this process runs smoothly, good inventory management and product availability are essential. As an Inventory Management Employee, you ensure that the right products are available at the right time. You keep an overview of the inventory, process data accurately, and coordinate with suppliers and colleagues to ensure the logistics process keeps running. Thanks to your efforts, colleagues in production can continue working, and Christmas packages are delivered complete and on time. As an Inventory Management Employee, you are responsible for supporting and monitoring the entire inventory process. Your tasks include ordering items from suppliers, checking and processing incoming goods, processing goods flows in SAP, conducting inventory checks and identifying discrepancies, processing and preparing return items, maintaining contact with suppliers about outstanding orders, delivery times, and any differences, administratively processing and maintaining inventory information, and collaborating with colleagues from Goods Receipt, Supply Chain, and the production department.

As a Production Leader, you are the linchpin on the work floor and ensure that the production line runs smoothly. You manage employees daily, monitor the quality of the Christmas packages, and ensure that production targets are met. You distribute tasks within the team and resolve bottlenecks during the production process. Before the start of each production line, you check the sample package and the accompanying order with the team. You ensure that the right employees are in the right place and that the work pace is well adjusted. After completing an order, you ensure a neat closure and preparation for the next order. Besides efficiency and planning, a positive working atmosphere is important. You contribute to an enthusiastic and pleasant working environment where employees enjoy working together.
