  • As a Production Leader, you are the linchpin on the work floor and ensure that the production line runs smoothly. You manage employees daily, monitor the quality of the Christmas packages, and ensure that production targets are met. You distribute tasks within the team and resolve bottlenecks during the production process. Before the start of each production line, you check the sample package and the accompanying order with the team. You ensure that the right employees are in the right place and that the work pace is well adjusted. After completing an order, you ensure a neat closure and preparation for the next order. Besides efficiency and planning, a positive working atmosphere is important. You contribute to an enthusiastic and pleasant working environment where employees enjoy working together.
