As an operator in the tufting department in Krommenie, you work with modern machines and are an important link in the production process. You work full-time (32 to 40 hours) in a small, close-knit team. You receive extensive internal training for about a year. This way, you become a specialist in operating tufting machines and produce high-quality carpet. Your workday starts with setting up and adjusting the tufting machine. You ensure the correct yarns and materials are ready. During the production process, you pay close attention to the quality of the carpet.
