  • As a production worker in the flexpool in Gerkesklooster, you are indispensable in the production process. You work flexibly, between 16 and 40 hours per week. You will be placed in various departments such as the warehouse, the cheese factory, and Valess. You ensure everything runs smoothly and always keep an eye on quality. This makes the work varied and challenging. An average day is never the same. You check cheeses, remove any defects from the process, and fix minor malfunctions. You start production orders, close them, and perform checks with, for example, the scale and metal detector. Additionally, you fill in registrations and administrative tasks.
