Production Worker 5 Shifts

As a production worker in Hoogersmilde, you work full-time (32 to 40 hours per week) in a modern factory. You participate in a 5-shift system with the latest machines. You start with your colleagues and discuss the handover. Then you get to work as an operator or forklift driver. The automatic sawing machines cut sand-lime blocks to size. You keep a close eye on the process and intervene where necessary. Safety always comes first. You work according to clear rules and ensure a tidy workplace. On a typical workday, you monitor the production process. You regularly drive a modern, safe forklift. You check the quality of the products and watch for malfunctions. Do you see a problem? Then you report it immediately. You work closely with colleagues and help each other where needed. Sometimes you clean installations or assist with maintenance. You see the direct result of your work, as the sand-lime stones roll fresh out of the factory. Are you motivated, do you like working with your hands, and do you find safety important?
