Guide LVB Smilde

As a guide LVB in Smilde, you work 24 to 36 hours per week. You help people with intellectual disabilities and complex problems. You provide structure and a safe environment. This makes your work not only important but also very valuable.

Your day starts with the handover from colleagues. Together you discuss where extra attention is needed. Then you guide clients in their daily routine and encourage their independence.
