Production Worker 5-Shift System

As a production worker in Hoogersmilde, you work in a modern factory with new machines. You work 32 to 40 hours per week in a 5-shift system. Together with your team, you ensure a smooth and safe production process. You start the day with a handover and take over the work from your colleagues. Then you get to work as an operator or forklift driver. You operate the machines and keep a close eye on everything. The modern sawing machines cut sand-lime bricks precisely to size.
