Operator/Forklift Driver 5-shift

As a production worker in Hoogersmilde, you work in a modern factory with new machines. You work 32 to 40 hours per week in a 5-shift system. Together with your team, you ensure a smooth and safe production process. You start the day with a handover and take over the work from your colleagues. Then you get to work as an operator or forklift driver. You operate the machines and keep a close eye on everything. The modern sawing machines cut sand-lime bricks precisely to size. You ensure that the pallets are neatly filled. You also regularly drive a modern, electric forklift with many safety measures. You always follow the safety regulations and keep your workplace neat and safe. On an average workday, you work with your hands and large machines. You monitor the production process and intervene if something goes wrong. You perform maintenance and pay attention to the quality of the products. Cleaning is sometimes part of the job.
